You depart from your hotel or hydrofoil station by motorbike or bus. You visit Quan Y Cave, go trekking to May Bau, Me Go, Ao Ech, Viet Hai Village, Lan Ha, Ha Long and Monkey Island. The trip ends at sunset.

You visit Quan Y Cave first, after that you come to the center of Cat Ba National Park. Following the trails through the mountains, forest and valleys where plants grow up year round, sometimes you may encounter a few species such as yellow monkeys, weasels, foxes, and insects only found in tropical forests. After that you go to a flooded valley named Ao Ech. Then you visit Viet Hai Village, stay here eating lunch, then climb Hai Quan mountain, the highest mountain on the island with 310 metres in height. Standing there you can observe most of the Biosphere Reserves and one side of Ha Long Bay. Here it is very quiet in the evening, you enjoy traditional dinner prepared by locals. Then you stay overnight there. The next day, you get up in the morning and have breakfast. After that you go to the pier so that the boat takes you to visit around Lan Ha and Ha Long Bay as the program Cat Ba – Lan Ha – Ha Long bay – kayaking(1day tour) and back to Cat Ba at sunset.B town by another way, so that you can see small villages where locals live. The bus can take you to the beach if you want
